Catechists, Assistant Catechists and Host Families

The Faith Formation Ministry at Corpus Christi Parish encompasses three roles:  Catechist, Assistant Catechist and Host Family.  All share in the evangelization mission of the Church proclaiming the Gospel to students by teaching, relating personal experiences and being living witnesses to the values of our Catholic faith.

Each role includes individual responsibilities but all require fingerprinting and a training course, "Protecting our Youth", before class involvement begins.  The objective of the program is to provide a safe and spiritually productive environment for our children.
